I worked with Shad Phillips on a real estate transaction in Evergreen, CO, and my experience was extremely disappointing. During the process, there were critical issues with communication, execution, and follow-through that directly impacted the outcome of the deal. Key details were either missed or not properly managed, which ultimately resulted in a financial loss of approximately $25,000 on my end. I made multiple attempts to address these concerns and get clarity during and after the transaction, but the responses were either delayed or insufficient to resolve the situation. Real estate transactions require a high level of attention to detail and accountability, especially when significant money is involved. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to ask very detailed questions and ensure full transparency before moving forward. Unfortunately, this was a costly experience, and I would not choose to work with this agent again.
